Smoked trout sandwich with tzatziki and dill

  • 1 Origine Breizh baguette cut in half lengthwise
  • 120 g smoked trout
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) tzatziki
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) lemon juice
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) capers
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) dill and chives, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Mix the tzatziki, lemon juice and chopped herbs. Spread the mixture on the inside of the baguette. Place the smoked trout inside the baguette. Finish by adding the sliced onions and capers. Close the baguette and cut it diagonally into 3 or 4 servings, depending on the size desired.
