SALAMI AND FIG SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS :

  • 8 slices country-style loaf,  1.27 cm (½ in.) thick
  • Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs cheese
  • Leaf lettuce
  • 32 thin slices rosette de Lyon salami with parmesan
  • 2 fresh figs, sliced into 8 wedges

 

PREPARATION :

Spread Boursin cheese on the inner side of each slice of bread. Add leaves of lettuce, followed by salami slices and fig wedges.
