REVISITED BLT SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS :

  • 12 thin slices multigrain loaf
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 4 eggs over hard, cut into pieces
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) mayonnaise
  • Iceberg lettuce

 

PREPARATION :

Combine the chicken, eggs, tomato and bacon with the mayonnaise.

Place lettuce leaves on 4 slices of bread and spread the preparation. Repeat for the second layer and close the sandwich with the remaining bread.
