PORK AND FETA SANDWICH

PREPARATION:

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 Dates half baguette
  • 2 Italian tomatoes, sliced and marinated in olive oil and thyme
  • 4 slices feta cheese, marinated in olive oil and thyme
  • 4 white mushrooms, sliced
  • 500 g Marc Angelo sweet chili lime butterflied pork tenderloin, sliced thinly across the grain
  • Olive oil
  • Aluminum foil

 

PREPARATION  :

In a skillet, sear the pork slices in olive oil over high heat. Set aside. Slice the half baguette lengthwise and add the tomato, feta, mushrooms and pork, in that order. Wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil, which you have brushed with olive oil, and bake at 205 °C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
