INGREDIENTS:
- 8 slices Origine multigrain loaf
- 2 cans Pacific salmon, well drained
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) mayonnaise
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) lemon juice
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) capers
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Mesclun leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Mix the salmon, mayonnaise, capers and lemon juice. Spread the mixture on the bread slices. Spread the remaining ingredients on the sandwich bread.
