Muffuletta sandwich

  • 1 semolina ciabatta bread
  • Olive oil
  • 200 g black olive tapenade
  • 80 g marinated red pepper strips
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 4 slices roast pork
  • 8 slices salami
  • 4 slices Emmenthal cheese
  • 4 slices provolone cheese


Slice the ciabatta lengthwise and brush each face with olive oil. On the bottom part of the bread, alternate the slices of meat and cheese. Garnish with the tapenade and pepper strips. Cover with the top part of the bread and cut it into 4 servings or depending on the size desired.
