Ham and goat cheese on bread

  • 4 thin slices Caramelized rye bread
  • Honey
  • 4 slices raw ham
  • 12 slices goat cheese
  • Walnut oil
  • Pepper


Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Brush each slice of Caramelized rye bread with honey. On each bread slice, alternate between 1 slice of ham and 3 slices of goat cheese. Drizzle with walnut oil and season with pepper. Toast the bread slices in the oven for 2 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C), then place them in the grill position for 4 minutes. Serve the bread slices immediately. They’ll be at their hot and crispy best!
